There are NO booking fees, NO management/agency commissions, NO service fees, NO need to pay the full amount at time of booking. Pay only a $200 (refundable) security deposit at time of booking and pay the full rental fee by credit card or bank deposit a couple of days prior to arrival.

The Minimum Stay, at off-peak times, is 3 weeks. The Maximum Stay is 5 weeks.
During Christmas and Easter, the minimum stays are 14 days and 4 days respectively.

The calendar (at the bottom of this page) shows rental prices for all dates. Stays of 4 or 5 weeks attract generous
additional discounts that are accessed as per the discount codes shown above the calendar.
When these codes are input after selecting your dates, the discounted price of your stay will be displayed.

Walk or drive 1 km north along Bayview Street and you will be at the Runaway Bay Shopping Centre, with all the major supermarkets and a raft of food, clothing and specialty shops.
The theme parks; Dreamworld, Seaworld, Wet'n'Wild, Warner Brothers Movieworld etc. are all between 10 and 14 kilometres of easy driving from your unit at Bayview Bay Apartments.

Chose this apartment partly due to the reviews and was not disappointed! Clean,spacious and quiet whist also being the perfect base for the main amusement parks. In addition Greg was an extremely helpful host. Will stay again next time on the Gold Coast.

We stayed for 3 weeks. absolutely comfortable, clean, quiet, walking distance to Runnaway Bay shopping centre, beach, close proximity to Harbourtown, short driving distance to Pacific Fair, Australia Fair shopping centres, Cavill Road, Movieworld, Wet and Wild. Would I recommend this holiday rental to my best friend? Yes.

Very good and if I were to say anymore I would just be repeating what others have already said! Have to say more due to the 100 word minimum. Greg is a great host who went out of his way to look after us. His description of the local shopping centre was very funny. Don’t worry the shops are perfectly OK. Would I recommend this holiday rental to my best friend? Yes.

Stayed 8 nights at this 3rd floor apartment. Secure under-building parking with a wee walk up to the third floor apartment. Well equipped apartment: kitchen with all the gear you would expect. Lovely touches, such as providing initial washing powder, dishwash tablets and liquid, toilet paper, milk soap etc. I love it when I don't have to do a late night run to the supermarket as soon as I set foot inside the accommodation. Plenty of room for 4, netted security doors so you can leave the balcony glass doors open and have a nice breeze through. Good internet speed, cafes close by, walk to the beach, and a longer walk to shopping centre. This apartment has everything you need for your stay. If you want swanky and upmarket this isn't it, but if clean, comfortable, and secure are your priorities, book now! The owner Greg is lovely to deal with and super accommodating.

“Relax and enjoy in fabulous comfort”

We were pleasently surprised that the unit was even better than the photos. It was immaculate, spacious and had wonderful views of the water. We could fish to our hearts content off the jetty and walk to the shops and restaurants. It was quiet and very accessible regarding the parking for our large american ute. We were most appreciative of the guide provided by the owners on appliances and very impressed if we had a problem at the speedy resolution made by the owners. I would recommend to anyone, that staying at the Runaway Bay apartment would be a guaranteed relaxing and most enjoyable time - it would be hard for them to leave once there!! Many thanks Greg and Gloria for such a lovely experience.

“Absolute best value on the Gold Coast”

Having spent many hours researching the perfect location for a 3 week stay on the Gold Coast, and our first intro to australia (we're american), I was quite pleased to discover this find on Flipkey. Being the owner of a luxury waterfront vacation rental in the states can be a bit of a curse when putting on the "tourist cap'. One unconsciously begins comparing cleanliness, amenities, etc without meaning to. For the money, cleanliness, location, view, etc, you just can't do any better in the Gold Coast area. The icing on the cake is an owner that actually cares about his guests, and was very attentive. We needed high speed wifi for my husband to effectively telecommute (working vacation), and Greg came through with flying colors! This was one of a couple of areas where his assistance was invaluable, and very appreciated. On a side note the birdsong in the mornings we will not soon forget. We already miss it, and long to hear again.

How To Input Your Dates - & - How to enter Codes for 'Long Stay' Discounts

To enter your dates, tap an arrival date in the calendar below and then a departure date. The (minimum) three-week (21 days) rental already has a discounted daily rate built in.
For longer stays, such as (for example) four weeks, select your 28 days (or more) rental period in the calendar and then, when you get to the Booking Enquiry page, click on
Enter Discount Code and enter the code 4 WEEKS and click Apply. Your discount will be applied and your actual discounted rental fee will now be displayed.
The same applies for a five week (35 days) period, the Discount Code you use is just the number of whole weeks you are staying. i.e. 5 WEEKS.
